Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Haye mobile application (the "Service") operated by Auriferous Technologies LLP ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. Users between the ages of 16 and 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Haye is a platform for user-generated content (messages, profile information, photos, and signals). The following content is strictly prohibited:
We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violations result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity. You can report content using the in-app "Report" button or block users using the "Block" feature.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Auriferous Technologies LLP and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Account Management → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your profile, photos, messages, and location data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may also request deletion by contacting support@sayhaye.com.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including a breach of these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auriferous Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India or Seoul, Republic of Korea.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
